Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt by email. Your order is accepted and a contract formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.
All prices are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store your card details.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. We will provide tracking information where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the item has been delivered. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Artwork
All artworks are originals or limited editions as described. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings and the nature of photographic and mixed media work. Edition numbers and certificates of authenticity are provided where stated.
All copyright in the artworks remains with Andrew J Millar. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, copy or use images of the artworks for commercial purposes without written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
