Delivery Information

We take care to pack every piece safely and ship promptly. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your artwork to you.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. For larger framed works or commissions, please allow up to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

All UK orders are sent via a tracked courier service. Delivery is typically 1–3 working days from dispatch. A tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow your order.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but are typically 5–14 working days from dispatch. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unframed Polaroids are packed flat between protective boards. Framed works are wrapped in protective foam and boxed securely. If your order arrives damaged please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. For large or fragile works we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the best shipping method.
